Classes are for children ages 6-14, taught in English and Russian.
All the art materials are included and provided.
Our art classes consist of a vast diversity of styles, techniques, media, and ideas.
In our painting and drawing program we will dive into a world of light and shadow, warm and cold palette of colors, work with contrast, balance, composition and movement. Some classes will be based on art history and the works of masters as a foundation for our projects while others will focus on widening our imagination and on bringing to life what's inside our mind. In our classes we will study all forms of art- classical, decorative, applied art, design, and modern art, mixing techniques and styles. Our studio is a home for creativity, learning, happiness, and art. A safe space where we treat our students as family and want them to be able to freely express themselves through media and techniques and feel the freedom of creativity. We help children gain confidence through art, and find trust in their artistic abilities.
Our classes will include painting, drawing, sculpting, classical sketching, life drawing, landscape drawing, learning perspective, small installations, printmaking, etc. We will be using watercolor paint, acrylic paints, oil paints, ink, printing, pastels, clay, professional colored pencils, markers, and many more.
